Mexico
Gente Cuidando Gente (People Caring For People), is a non-profit organization in Mexico. This ministry was established as a result of a group of persons conducting medical clinics each year for the last 15 years. A clinic is being built with future plans to add a church, food and clothing pantry, and to repair homes in the community.
KWM will partner with Gente Cuidando Gente to help them fulfill the goal of reaching and building the community through the love of Christ..
Kenya
In Kenya you will find gorgeous sunsets, waterfalls, hill sides and mountains. You will find one of the few countries in the world that is home to many diverse animals. You will find a country with bustling cities filled with warm and kind people.
Unfortunately, you will also find children living on the city streets. They are addicted to sniffing glue because it helps to ease their hunger pains. You will encounter scores of hopeless persons, particularly women living with HIV/AIDS that know they are going to leave behind their children to be orphans one day. You will see the faces of boys and girls living in orphanages, some without electricity and running water. They use bowls and plastic containers to catch rain water so they can drink, cook and bathe.
On this trip we will minister to orphans, those that need a healing touch and the love of Christ.
